Event Details
Join instructor Augusta to work out your whole body from the comfort and safety of a chair. This class is great for those with balance and movement issues; standing is optional. The exercise routine will burn calories, build muscle mass, increase circulation, improve balance and more. Please bring to class a resistance band or elastic tubing, a small ball and light weights. There is a $21 fee.
