Instructor Augusta will lead this gentle, full-body workout, which is great for those 50+, new to exercise or with balance issues. You can work out from the comfort of a chair or stand and use a chair for balance.

PlayHooray Babies & Kids

Beginner Tai Chi
Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.
