Instructor Augusta Berner will lead this gentle, full-body workout, which is great for those 50+, new to exercise or with balance and stability issues. You can work out from the comfort of a chair or stand and use a chair for balance. Please bring to class a set of light weights, elastic tubing and a small ball.
