As we welcome the approaching embrace of fall and winter, artists find there is unique beauty and positivity that inspires the soul, despite the weather’s somber tones. Janet and Nancy share their exploration of these seasons through their distinctive perspectives, a vivid color palette, and masterful techniques.
Both artists are inspired by the light and color that surrounds them. “My personal vision is to utilize a wide palette of colors to create and express inner feelings and to evoke feelings in the viewer about nature,” says Janet.
“A painting, like a good book, should take us out of one world and into another,” says Nancy.
We invite you to meet the artists on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 2-4 p.m. and discover the hidden charm of nature’s graceful transition through these artists’ creative lenses.
