Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.

Join instructor Elana live on Zoom for a yoga routine you can do using a chair for support. This class is great for those with balance issues, are new to exercise or as a supplement to their regular yoga practice.

Instructor Regina will help you take your Tai Chi (Yang 24 form) practice to the next level using the concepts and philosophy behind each move. There is a $32 fee for this 8-session class.

Instructor Augusta will lead a yoga routine to strengthen your body and relax your mind. There is a $42 fee for this 8-session class.

This class is great for those who want to improve their balance and stability, including those who use a cane or walker. Join Yoga Therapist Danielle Tarantola to help put a spring in your step this season.

The whole family is welcome to drop in and stay as long as you like at our build event.  Enjoy building towers, forts, dinosaur skeletons, and anything else your imagination comes up with!

The Folk Music Society of Huntington will hold its monthly acoustic folk jam and song circle. New participants, listeners welcome.

Art Club is a fun and creative program that spotlights a different artist each week.  Kids will learn about various artists and create their own works of art inspired by these artists.

Think you know your jelly bean flavors? Find out with our taste test experience! Sample a variety of flavors while ranking them from best to worst to see if your favorite comes out on top! Registration begins April 4.

Make spring tulips that last all year! Learn how to make the perfect spring craft: Origami tulips and an origami vase to put them in. You can use them to decorate your room or put them on your coffee table. Materials provided.

The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is an active organization made up of South Huntington teens in grades 6-12 who work together to make a difference in our library.  Tell us your ideas for community service, programs and contests.  Ms.

Join librarian Catherine for a discussion of this year’s Long Island Reads selection, On Fire Island by Jane Rosen. Print copies of the book will be available at the Circulation Desk. The title is also in our digital collection.

Volunteers will put together sensory kits to donate to younger children in need. One hour of community service. Community Service Programs are for SHPL cardholders in grades 6-12 who must register with their own card.
