Program Description
Event Details
This gentle yoga class with instructor Annemarie is designed to release stress as we use our breath to connect with each of the asana (movements/postures). This class is for all levels and modifications will be given. Beginners are always welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and block/strap if available. There is a $10 fee.
South Huntington cardholders register beginning Sept. 13.
No class Oct. 12.
