Event Details

Learn basic stitches, then make a pair of hand-warmers to your own design. Led by Jo Cohen, Craft Yarn Council certified crochet teacher, this workshop is suitable for a true beginner to intermediate level. Topics will include everything from how to find the right supplies to how to create several of the basic stitches. (Upcoming classes will highlight creating a matching hat and neck warmer!) Materials to bring to class: Two colors of smooth, medium colored worsted weight yarn, craft yarn council yarn symbol 4; crochet hook size H or I and a yarn needle. There is a $5 fee. SHPL registers Sept. 4, others, Sept. 11.
