Program Type:Health & Fitness
The focus of this class is to have fun and get strong and balanced while exercising! Instructor Jodi will guide you through low impact cardio, muscle and core strengthening routines. It's a full body workout to learn how to balance, stretch and strengthen. Please bring a fitness mat, light dumbbells, a yoga strap and yoga block or a large beach towel as well as water, and wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.
There is a $15 fee for this four-session class. South Huntington cardholders may register beginning June 10; others June 17, if there is space.
Out of district patrons may register in person or by phone 7 days after registration opens.
