All Together Now : Young Adult Summer Reading Challenge 2023

June 24 – August 19

For SHPL tweens and teens grades 6-12 in Fall 2023

Step 1: Go to Beanstack and join the Summer Reading Challenge either as a new account or reopen an old account. 

Step 2: Read / Listen to any books at your reading level.

Step 3: After you finish a book, log the title, the author and the number of minutes you spent reading/listening to the book.  Log in your minutes and earn badges with raffle tickets. There is a limit of logging up to 300 minutes per day. Don’t forget to choose which prizes for your raffle tickets.

Step 4: Complete Challenge at a total of 900 minutes and get a small or mini Squishmallow prize. Any prizes earned or won must be picked up by September 5^th!

Step 5: Earn a ticket to the End of the Summer Pizza Party after reading 180 minutes (3 hours) on Tuesday, August 22 6:00-8:00pm in the YA Library. Don’t forget to RSVP by August 21 so we have enough pizza!
