Event Details
Instructor Jodi will guide you through low-impact cardio, muscle and core strengthening routines. Please bring a fitness mat, light dumbbells, a yoga strap and yoga block or a large beach towel as well as water, and wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. There is a $12 fee for this three-session class.
