Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.

Join instructor Elana live on Zoom for a yoga routine you can do using a chair for support. This class is great for those with balance issues, are new to exercise or as a supplement to their regular yoga practice.There is a $30 fee.

Instructor Regina will help you take your Tai Chi (Yang 24 form) practice to the next level using the concepts and philosophy behind each move. There is a $32 fee for this 8-session class.

Instructor Augusta will lead a yoga routine to strengthen your body and relax your mind. There is a $42 fee for this 8-session class.

South Huntington cardholders register beginning Dec. 12.

Get fit or stay fit with instructor Evelyn, who will lead you through various routines, including dance moves, kick-boxing, barre and more. There is an $18 fee for this 4-session class.

Instructor Michelle will be live on Zoom to lead these low-impact cardio-sculpt classes that you can do from the comfort and convenience of home. There is a $25 fee for this 8-session class.

The Huntington AARP team will be holding its monthly meeting, at which they will discuss area volunteer opportunities. The group is in need of active volunteers and team leaders for community outreach events.

Homeschool Co-op Group

Come in to the library and spend some time building with our Legos.  Participants will have their creations displayed in the library.  Registration begins January 2.

High School students will assist children in the community with their homework assignments in the YA Library. Parents/Caregivers must remain in the building during the program.

The Paul Effman Sextet features accomplished musicians who will play hits through the decades from Gershwin to The Beatles, along with original vocal and instrumental arrangements performed in an elegant jazz style.
