Let’s take an armchair tour of Granada, Valencia and Barcelona with The Savvy Sightseer! See Granada’s most famous landmark, the Alhambra, a 75-acre fortress that includes palaces, lush gardens, detailed carvings and even a bathhouse. It is also where Christopher Columbus received his sailing orders from Queen Isabella centuries ago. Valencia, on the other hand, is a showcase of modern institutes and features a unique former riverbed transformed into a five-mile greenway. The jewel of Spain’s coastal cities is Barcelona, which is home to fascinating architecture, from Roman ruins to the soaring Basilica de la Sagrada Familia.
