A slew of popular crime dramas have treachery flourishing just under the surface of acres of lazy, bucolic hills and valleys. Movie fans will also fin familiar backdrops for their favorite scenes in the Cotswolds. Called the "Soul of England," the region's appeal lies in its charm, unspoiled villages and countryside.
