Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Kathryn will help you discover time-saving strategies to manage meals and leftovers effectively and efficiently so there is always extra healthy, delicious food to pack for lunches and snacks for work or school. We will be learning to make Energy Balls and Broccoli Cheddar Quinoa Bites. There will be recipes and tasting samples.
Materials fee is $10. Sign up beginning Sept. 10.
