This gentle yoga class with instructor Annemarie is designed to release stress as we use our breath to connect with each of the asana (movements/postures). This class is for all levels and modifications will be given.

Instructor Michelle will be live on Zoom to lead these low-impact cardio-sculpt classes that you can do from the comfort and convenience of home. There is a $30 fee for this 9-session class.

Rosarian Jason Capote will talk about combating pests that are new to our area as well as give some updates on older diseases from new studies. His main focus will be on rust, spotted lantern fly, and chili thrips.
We invite you to view a group exhibition featuring members of the Art League of Nassau County. This diverse showcase presents artworks from various mediums, genres, and subjects, celebrating the creative talents of the artist members.
Celebrate Mom, Grandma, Aunt, and others with a craft! Young children will need some adult help. Registration is not required, but supplies are limited.
