Join instructor Augusta live on Zoom for a yoga routine you can do using a chair for support. This class is great for those with balance issues, are new to exercise or as a supplement to their regular yoga practice.

Instructor Regina will help you take your Tai Chi (Yang 24 form) practice to the next level using the concepts and philosophy behind each move. There is a $24 fee for this 6-session class.

In this two-week series, the children will be making some precious homemade gifts.  During week one, we will be hand making several cute clay crafts.  By week two, our creations will be dry and we will paint and decorate them.  Regi

Doodling is not about the picture you create.  It is about the journey you take when creating the doodle.  Using prompts from children’s book illustrators we’ll do some freestyle drawing with various art supplies.&n
