Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.

Join librarians Martha and Ryann for our “Back to Collage” series. This month we will be creating torn paper cityscapes using a variety of collage materials. All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any of your own materials.

Instructor Augusta will kick off your week with a yoga routine to strengthen the body and relax the mind. There is a $42 fee for this 8-session class.
