Event Details

Award-winning real estate writer Richard Murdocco presents his new lecture on aging in suburbia, which explores adapting Long Island's housing inventory and transportation networks to fit the needs of an aging population. What challenges does Long Island's suburban landscape present? What opportunities for change are there in the region? Richard Murdocco is the founder of the website The Foggiest Idea, an acclaimed resource on real estate development, and serves as an adjunct professor in Stony Brook University’s public policy graduate program. This program is in partnership with the public libraries in the Town of Huntington.
