What are whole grains and why do I need to add them to my diet? Most Americans are not getting enough fiber. By eating whole grains you not only get more fiber but also very important vitamins and minerals. Join Donna Ingram from Cornell Cooperative Extension live on Zoom to look at how to read labels for whole grains, what they are, and the  benefits of consuming them.
