Event Details

Join a Quogue Wildlife Refuge Educator on the first day of Autumn for a “hike” through habitats at the 305 acre non-profit nature preserve. We'll explore the Pine Barrens, including a field, a pond, and a bog. Topics include local flora and fauna, fire ecology, forest layers, decomposition, succession, and habitat protection.
