Compensation for some job positions goes beyond salary. Human resources professional Patrick Fierro has extensive experience designing health and retirement benefit packages and educating employees on the details of these plans. During this workshop, Pat will explain different types of medical, dental, vision and 401(k) plans. Pat will also cover flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs).
