Stephanie Schiff, Clinical Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at Huntington Hospital, has been on the frontline since the start of the pandemic. She will be live on Zoom to talk about how to get back on track to good health and fitness through nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. Ms. Schiff has been quoted in several media sources such as CNN and US News and World Report, and has appeared on Fox News and WBAB Radio discussing nutrition.
