Join The Zen Den for this relaxing, informative and peacefully active mediation workshop, which will provide you with a new and positive way to move through daily life. Learn different breathing techniques, mindful meditations and mindful movements, as well as gain an understanding of the differences between visualization, meditation and mindfulness.  Using different postures of meditation, such as sitting meditation, you will gently delve into your internal energy channels, while using purposeful breathing as a way to clear your body of toxins and bring about a peaceful awareness.
