Join Michelle and Kristen from The Zen Den in a grounding meditation filled with beautiful affirmations pertaining to safety, protection and support. Then they will engage you in a Yoga Nidra meditation to further produce a feeling of connectedness to your breath and personal happiness. This meditation workshop, conducted live via Google Meet, can be experienced either sitting up or lying down, so plan ahead. (There is no physical activity incorporated.)
