This meditation workshop presented by The Zen Den will help you embrace your entire self by experiencing meditations and discussions focusing on your current mindset and establishing a growth mindset. You will focus on situations in your life that could create negativity, strong reactions or emotions, learn inspiring breathing techniques and listen to music, which uses specific tones of sound to help with and promote various aspects of body and mind health. You will also experience the social and emotional effects of stating daily positive affirmations, as well as write your own affirmations.
