Event Details

Learn the importance of having fermented foods in your diet. The body has 10 times the number of bacteria to human cells. All illness comes from the ability for our gut to process food. In this program, instructor Renato, organic gardening expert, will demonstrate how easy it is to make your own sauerkraut, kombucha and sour dough bread right in your own kitchen.

Discussion will include the variety of vegetables that can be fermented and how to plan to grow the vegetables you will eventually ferment. The demonstration shows the step-by-step process of assembling all the ingredients into the finished product. Tasty samples will be available. Join us!
