Master Gardener Cathy Guzzardo will discuss climbing roses, which are the acrobats of the garden, as they can be trained to climb up, over and around their supports. Climbers add height and vertical interest to a garden. Cathy will discuss the different types of climbing roses available, their uses and their care. We will revisit old time favorites and become acquainted with the newer, more disease resistant varieties on the market. There will be a door prize: a climbing rose, of course!  We will also have a small rose show.
