Program Description

Event Details

Instructor Nav Bal will introduce you to the positive mind-body connection that results from meditation and yoga. You will learn breathing and meditation techniques and perform some gentle yoga movements. Please bring a yoga mat to class (blocks, blanket optional). South Huntington cardholders can reserve their seat beginning Sept. 3, out-of-district Sept. 10.
