Event Details

Calling all young chefs ! Join us for an hour of cooking and exploration of Hebrew culture as we master the proper frying techniques of Matzah brei. Project Excel will supply the Matzah and you'll supply the rest.  Recipe is available as a pdf link. Registration begins April 1 and Matzah pick up is April 1-8.

Registration is required with a valid email in order to receive Zoom log-in information.  Registration will close one day before the start of the event.
