Organic garlic is in demand, and now is the time to plant it. Garlic is the earth’s oldest natural antibiotic and has incredible healing properties. Organic gardening expert Renato Stafford will demonstrate that with a properly prepared garden, garlic is one of the easiest crops to grow in our climate. The seed is planted in the fall (October/November) and your garlic is harvested in July. In this program you’ll learn step-by-step how to plant, harvest, cure and store your garlic for the entire year.
