Event Details

It's especially important to get a flu shot this year. Pharmacists from Rite Aid will be on hand to administer the vaccines, which are covered by most insurance. If not, there is a fee.

If you want to save time, a flu shot questionnaire and consent form is attached. Print it out, complete it and bring it with you to your appointment. 

Please call the library beginning Oct. 1 to make an appointment to get your flu shot.
