Traditional holiday treats draw shoppers to busy chalets serving up all types of delicious comfort food. The Savvy Sightseer will take you on an armchair tour of markets such as Valkenburg in The Netherlands; Germany’s Aachen Market, set up near a 9^th-century cathedral; Lieges Village de Noel in Belgium and England’s Kings Cross Real Food Christmas Market. Learn about holiday treats such as Kerstkransjes sugar cookies, German Printen and Belgian Rocher Coco. Recipes are attached.
