Greens have been a traditional part of the spring diet in most cultures. Curly green kale, abundant in chlorophyll and calcium, lends itself to many delicious, easy recipes. Chef Kathryn, integrative nutrition health coach, will demonstrate a savory kale and red potato burger that you can serve up any time. Handouts on other ideas for this anti-aging and regenerative veggie will be available.
