Chef Kathryn, integrative nutrition health coach, will demonstrate how to create a healthier version of pesto sauce, using arugula and toasted almonds to make a sauce to pair with pasta and delicious summer vegetables. This is a colorful, mouth-watering pasta salad, great for a late-summer picnic. Recipes and tasting samples included.
