The weeks leading up to the holidays are super busy, but you and your family still need to eat! Chef Kathryn, an integrative health coach, will help you get healthy, nutritious meals on the table quickly. Learn how to cook up different nutritious noodles and pair them with seasonal vegetables in 30 minutes or less. There will be informational handouts, recipes and tasting samples.
