For your holiday entertaining, show some flair with these easy healthy sides. In this hands-on class with integrative nutrition health coach and wholistic chef Kathryn Petritis, we will be making zucchini fritters with dill yogurt sauce, five-minute olive tapenade for your charcuterie board (cheese board) and an elegant cranberry, cherry, walnut chutney. We will also discuss some bright ,slightly bitter salads that are a good match for holiday roasted meats, soups and stews. Recipes, sampling provided.
