Event Details
For the New Year, Chef Kathryn, integrative nutrition health coach, will show you how to be energized by what you eat, listen to your hunger, cravings and fullness; and eat mindfully. Every time you eat, you have an opportunity to feel your best and fuel your body/mind/spirit. She will also demonstrate a healthy dish that you'll want to put in your repertoire. There will be recipes, handouts and tasting samples.
