Juicing is a fast way to get good solid nutrition into the body, boost your immune system and spark more vitality. Holistic chef Kathryn, integrative nutritional health coach, will be demo-ing her favorite Whole Food Protein Shake and a Basic Green Juice ( Anti-Anxiety Juice).
