Join Integrative Nutritional Health Coach , Chef Kathryn as she illustrates the great benefits of a plant-based diet and how this way of eating enhances your health and environmental sustainability. There will be a  Power-Point slide show , a demo on a plant-based veggie burger, taste samplings and recipes.
