Join Integrative Nutritional Health Coach Chef Kathryn as she demonstrates how to make a fresh Asian/Thai-style salad to balance out the heavier foods of winter as we jump into spring. It’s regenerating and cleansing and deliciously balanced with many flavors. Nutritional handouts, recipes and tasting samples will be available.
