Join in and learn this signature dish from Provence. It's a good example of “peasant cooking" that has been elevated to the status of fine dining. Chef Kathryn, integrative nutritional health coach, will be teaching a different twist on this classic French summer dish. There will be a cooking demo, informative handouts and and tasting samples.
