A plant-based diet has been consistently proven over more than two decades to reduce all chronic diseases. It does not mean you can’t eat meat. It means your meals are derived mostly from plants: vegetables, whole grains, beans, fruit, seeds and nuts. Join Healthy Chef Kathryn live on Zoom as she discusses this powerfully nutritious diet, which greatly supports the immune system – very important in these times. She will also provide meal suggestions and recipes.
