Event Details

Art Club is a fun and creative program which spotlights a different artist each week.  Kids will listen to a story and create their own works of art inspired by artists such as Ansel Adams, Ashley Bryan, Nikki McClure, Ruth Asawa, Banksy, Piet Mondrian, Marc Chagall, Joseph Cornell, Alexander Calder, Gyo Fujikawa, Bill Cunningham, and Edward Hopper.

Marc Chagall was a Russian-born French artist.  An early modernist, he was associated with several major artistic styles and created works in a wide range of artistic formats, including painting, drawings, book illustrations, stained glass, stage sets, ceramics, tapestries, and fine art prints.  Learn about Chagall’s life and art techniques, and create your own work of art inspired by him.
