Program Description

Event Details

Art Club is a fun and creative program which spotlights a different artist each week.  Kids will learn about various artists and create their own works of art inspired by artists such as Katsushika Hokusai, Bernard Saint-Maxent, Frank LLoyd Wright, Jen Stark, Georgia O'Keeffe, Celestino Piatti, Frank Stella, Jeff Koons, Laurel Birch, Frida Kahlo, Kenny Scharf, and Takashi Murakami.

Bernard Saint-Maxent is a self-taught French artist whose current work revolves around the pranks of an omnipresent character, who is full of life.  His inspiration comes from the antics of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, as well as current events and modern life.  Learn about the artist and create your own work of art inspired by him.

Register beginning March 4.
