Art Club: Yinka Shonibare

Art Club is a fun and creative program that spotlights a different artist each week.  Kids will learn about various artists and create their own works of art inspired by these artists.

Yinka Shonibare is a British artist of Nigerian heritage.  Shonibare's work explores issues of colonialism alongside those of race and class, through a range of media that include painting, sculpture, photography, installation art, film and performance.  Learn about the artist and create your own work of art inspired by him.  Register beginning July 19.
