9/11 and the Military

Bob Keeler retired at the end of 2012 after a 42 years as a reporter, editor, and editorial writer at Newsday. He won a Pulitzer Prize for beat reporting in 1996. He is working on his fourth book, "Sacred Soldier: The Dangers of Worshiping Warriors." On the anniversary of this horrific day, he will describe attitudes toward our military in the post-9/11 era.
