Yoga 2nd Session
Instructor Augusta will lead a yoga routine to strengthen your body and relax your mind. There is a $42 fee for this 8-session class.

Writing Workshop (V)

Paint Night: Seagull

Naloxone (Narcan) Training
CN Guidance and Counseling Services will conduct training for all interested adults on how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and administer Naloxone (Narcan); participants will receive a Narcan kit.
Time for Kids
