The holidays are all about friends, family and traditional foods that tantalize our taste buds but may be laden with things that aren’t great for our health. Join Stephanie Schiff, CDE, RD of Northwell Health to learn how to plan a healthier holiday meal. We will discuss tips to make the holiday healthy and delicious and will provide several yummy plant-based holiday recipes to wow your guests.
