    Details : Yoga is a fun way for kids to build strength, spirit and self-esteem. By using interactive games and animated postures, kids will build body awareness, improve concentration and focus, and learn how to release energy and relax. Register May 2.
  7. Study Hours in the YA Library
    Time : 5:00 PM
    Location : Young Adult Room
    Details : The YA Library will provide extra tables and chairs for group study in support of our local school students preparing for final examinations. During these hours, gaming will be suspended, cell phones should be muted and quiet conversation will be permitted.
  8. Learn to Speak English
    Time : 7:00 PM
    Location : Program Room
    Details : Adults who want to learn English are invited to participate in free ESL classes. Taught by a native English speaker, the classes are designed to help new English speakers practice and improve basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English, in a casual and fun environment. The classes are free and open to all.

    Details : Myths regarding food and nutrition surround us on a daily basis. Join Maria Kinirons, Registered Dietitian, as she explores topics such as late night eating, detox diets, going gluten free, smoothies, and metabolism as they relate to losing weight. All welcome!
